Martha Circle
Christian Women in Action

Meeting the 2nd Thursday of the Month at the Bethlehem United Community Center.

More About Martha Circle

Do you find time to nurture your own faith? To foster friendships with other Christian women? Are you overbooked? Are you a multi-tasker with a full calendar? A career woman? A busy mom ?

Martha Circle is just for you! The Bible depicts Martha as very diligent and hard working, offering generous hospitality. When Jesus reminded her to focus on the reason for her preparations, she made time to worship and serve with other women.

Martha Circle is the ultimate Christian women’s group which will fit your busy schedule. It is literally every thing you’ve needed all in one monthly gathering. In about an hour, you get fellowship, a devotional, a meal, service, mission, prayer and friendship.

Martha Circle is a sub-group in the newly re-charted United Methodist Women of First United Methodist Church of Keller. Martha Circle is perfect for working women in the downtown Fort Worth area, but all are welcome. You do not have to be a member of our church, and you do not have to be Methodist. As UMW, our circle will be a close, intimate group but will also belong to a global effort. UMW is across the world -- one million women strong for service and mission.

Martha Circle will gather for lunch-hour meetings near downtown Fort Worth at the Bethlehem United Community Center. This group is ideal for those with a busy schedule. We are literally meeting on site at a center in the heart of a needy neighborhood serving the residents with after school care, summer camp, hot meals, toiletries and clothing. Each month during our meeting we will complete a hands on project to help the center thrive.

If you work downtown, live downtown, or would just like to get right into the middle of some folks who need our nurture, please come!
